As a UX/UI designer in this IT team, we have to fulfill many different tasks and roles. I was lead UX'er within this team and was responsible for the execution of the design of the webapplications and proposals. Using tools like Figma and Miro, we create wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes while ensuring consistency with the Vlaamse Overheid (VO) design system. My role involves conducting analyses, leading workshops, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to enhance user experiences and establish best practices.
